We were delighted to have been invited to take part in a podcast by the Chartered Institute of Patent Attorneys as part of the wonderful “Two IPs in a pod” series. The hosts, Lee Davies and Gwilym Roberts were joined by our very own Penelope Aspinall and trainee patent attorneys Elisabeth Pauli and Callum Watson. They discuss mental health, coping mechanisms and their personal experiences in the profession. It is really important to speak out and ask for help when you need it.

To mark World Mental Health Day on October 10th, Penelope Aspinall and Graham McCartney are in conversation with Managing IPs editor-in-chief, Ed Conlon. A wide range of topics are covered, including an important reminder that looking after the mental health and wellbeing of staff in an organisation makes good business sense with reports showing a positive return on investment for firms.
