Systemic and cultural ways to support mental wellbeing at work– making positive and lasting change

A free webinar from IP Inclusive, Jonathan’s Voice, CIPA and CITMA
to mark World Mental Health Day

Friday 10 October 2025
12.30 – 1.30 pm

Join us this World Mental Health Day for a discussion about supporting wellbeing in the IP professions. This webinar follows on from last year’s World Mental Health Day webinar on “Supporting staff wellbeing, mental health and work-life balance”. As in 2024, it’s a collaboration between Jonathan’s Voice, IP Inclusive, CIPA and CITMA and is free to attend for anyone who works in the UK’s IP sector and supporters of Jonathan’s Voice.

Our content

In this interactive webinar, we’ll be joined by workplace wellbeing consultant Lisa Whittleton to explore what really works in terms of supporting mental health at work.

There are recognised disconnects between:

1)       the increasing investment and initiatives put in place by organisations, and employees not seeing or feeling the benefit; and

2)      what we know works in terms of best practice, and what is practical and reasonable for small-to-medium-sized practices to implement.

We’ll address those by bringing together Lisa’s background in business psychology and her experience helping organisations to develop and implement wellbeing strategies, along with a panel of IP professionals who are passionate about wellbeing. Together they’ll provide you with practical takeaways and answer your questions on how to get this important part of your business strategy right.

The speakers

Dr Anna Molony, UK & European Patent Attorney, Founder & Director at Two IP (webinar chair)

Lisa Whittleton, Founder & Director, Illuminate VR Services Ltd and Jonathan’s Voice trainer (keynote speaker)

Registration

This event is free. So are all our resources. That said, both organisations do need money to keep the show on the road, so if you are able, please consider making a donation. For more information, visit the IP Inclusive fundraising page or the Jonathan’s Voice donations page.
