THURSDAY 20 APRIL 2023
12.30 – 1.30 PM
There is much written about mental health and looking after ourselves, as well as about speaking with colleagues and friends. There is less written about how we might do that and, once we’ve started the conversation, where we go from there.
Please join us for an IP Inclusive and Jonathan’s Voice event during Stress Awareness Month this April. It sees the return of mental health experts Mark Fudge and Andrew Reeves, who led an excellent discussion in our September 2022 webinar “Darkness to hope” to mark World Suicide Prevention Day.
Mark and Andrew have been talking about mental health with a wide range of people for over 30 years each. In this session they’ll look at ways of opening a conversation about mental health and some of the key skills that might be helpful in supporting people to talk. And they will answer the question that often concerns people the most: once we are talking, what do we do next?
