LawCare Launches its 2005 survey

Life in the Law 2025 is an important opportunity to find solutions to improve mental health and wellbeing in the legal sector

The research will help understand why people in the legal sector, including the IP profession, may be experiencing poor mental health and what practical steps organisations and individuals can take to prevent this.  By sharing your experiences, you’re contributing to building a more supportive and healthier working environment for the future. It’s an important opportunity to find solutions to improve mental health and wellbeing in this sector.

The research isn’t just about data. It’s about people in the sector: their experiences, challenges, and successes. Your insights – whether as an individual navigating the challenges of legal work or as part of an organisation striving to support colleagues – are vital.

The surveys are anonymous, take 10 to 15 minutes to complete, and are open to anyone working in the legal sector, including those in the Intellectual Property sector, in the UK, Jersey, Guernsey, or the Isle of Man.

The surveys close on Friday 21 March and the findings will be shared in October 2025. Please take part, tell us about your experiences and ask your colleagues to do the same. Your input will be invaluable. Thank you.
