Exploring ways at preventative ways to help us manage our stress while working in IP.
Here we identify the importance of getting into good self-care habits and finding the ones that suit you best. We look at the concept of a ‘stress pile’, the importance of reviewing this regularly, how to off-load stressors that don’t need to there and how to manage the ones that do. We finish by revisiting the CLANGERS (Connection, Learning, Activity. Giving, Eating Well, Rest and Relaxation, Sleep) can help us.
