We are saying goodbye to Penelope Aspinall, our mental health consultant at the end of May. Read our thanks to Penny and the wonderful contribution that she has made to the charity here.
We shall miss Penny but are delighted to welcome Donna Smith to the Jonathan’s Voice team. Donna’s title will be Training and Development Lead. Donna practised as a solicitor before transitioning into HR and subsequently became a coach and NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) Practitioner. Donna knows first-hand the pressures of the legal profession: burnout, career crossroads, perfectionism, and self-doubt. Having faced these challenges herself, she understands how to help others navigate them with resilience and confidence. Donna is very enthusiastic and committed to helping individuals and organisations within the intellectual property profession to prioritise mental well-being so that all can thrive.
