Introducing Our New Self-Help Video Resource for Mental Wellbeing in IP

At Jonathan’s Voice, our charitable mission is clear: to reduce the stigma associated with mental health and to empower individuals to speak up and reach out for help when they need it.

We’re thrilled to announce the launch of our brand-new Self-Help Video Resource – a growing library of short, accessible videos focused on supporting mental wellbeing within the Intellectual Property (IP) profession.

Why this resource?

This initiative is rooted in three core aims:

  • Raise awareness of the importance of good mental health.
  • Reduce the stigma of in-person support (not everyone feels comfortable opening up in a group setting).
  • Offer time-efficient support tailored to the specific pressures and challenges faced in the IP profession.

What to expect

This resource will grow into a comprehensive portfolio, covering topics such as:

  • Stress at work
  • Procrastination
  • Imposter Syndrome
  • Mindfulness
  • Hormonal Health
  • …and many more.

We’ll be releasing a new video typically every two weeks, and to kick things off, we’re launching with four initial videos under the theme:
“Getting to Grips with Stress” – presented by Penelope Aspinall.

We hope you find these tools valuable, whether you’re managing your own wellbeing or supporting someone else.
