That’s why we’re excited to release a new three-part video series on Mindfulness for Working Minds by Dr Sally Rose.
This series includes:
- A short practice to manage attention and reduce distraction – ideal when your thoughts are scattered or you’re struggling to focus.
- A “Rest, Recover and Restart” technique – a gentle way to reset your nervous system.
- A mindful reflection on savouring the good – helping you shift your attention to what’s working, even on a hard day.
Each video is short, simple, and grounded in the reality of a busy professional life. You don’t need silence, candles, or a spare hour. Just a few minutes and a willingness to give your mind the break it needs.
