Two IPs in a pod – Movember Special

We were delighted that Graham McCartney from Jonathan’s Voice and Richard Wells, a biotech patent attorney who has been representing IP Inclusive leading on men’s mental health, joined Lee Davies and Gwilym Roberts to share in a CIPA (Chartered Institute of Patent Attorneys) podcast. The podcast discussed how the pressures of the IP industry intersect with men’s mental health, and what strides are being made to address them.

The discussion sheds light on Jonathan’s Voice, our charity that is dedicated to supporting mental health in the IP sector and also gives insight into the amazing work of IP Inclusive, who promote and improve EDI and wellbeing throughout the UK’s IP professions.

Looking back over the past decade, significant progress in mental health support within the IP community is evident. But there is always more to be done.

Get in touch if Jonathan’s Voice can help in your training events. val@jonathansvoice.org.uk Our revised training for line managers has been very well received.

“I thought the session was just fantastic – very practical and informative for line managers. I hope that many law firms in the IP sector will invite the charity to run similar sessions.”
